You can use a teaspoon to put melted chocolate into the cells, but a piping bag (or food bag with a pin hole sized snip out the corner) is advised to do this without a load of mess.

This little mould is also excellent for using with sugar paste - but if doing so, do grease very lightly with Crisco or Trex before use or dust with cornflour. Chocolate novelties make awesome treats but are also super given as a gift in a little cello bag. You may well want two or more of this mould. One tray load does not go far. They're so lovely to munch on!

Finished chocolates literally pop out the mould. No whacking it on a worktop as you sometimes need to do with polycarbonate moulds and these don't crack either.

As per all our silicone bake ware moulds, these are also oven and freezer proof. Use them from +260deg C to -60deg C. We have customers using them for moulding resins, concrete, plaster, bitumen, chocolates, cakes, hard candies and many other mediums.
